Sony NEX 6 Review
The Sony Alpha NEX-6 is the latest addition to the NEX range of mirrorless compact system cameras. Announced in September 2012 alongside the more consumer-orientated NEX-5R, the NEX-6 sits just below the Flagship NEX-7 in the product line-up and shares the same body shape and styling as well as many of the flagship model's features, though not its 24 Megapixel sensor. The NEX-6, like the NEX-5R has a 16.1 Megapixel sensor with on-board phase-detection pixels providing a hybrid AF system similar to that used by Fujifilm, Nikon and Canon.

Sony RX100 M II Review
The Sony Cyber-shot RX100 II is a pocket-sized camera with a large 20 Megapixel sensor and a 3.6x Carl Zeiss zoom with a bright focal ratio. Announced in June 2013, it's an upgraded version of the original RX100 launched one year previously. Depending on where you look, you may see the new model referred to as the RX100 II, RX100 M II or RX100 M2, but they're all the same camera; I'll refer to it from now on as the RX100 II.

Canon IXUS 140 / ELPH 130 IS
The Canon IXUS 140 / ELPH 130 IS is a 16 Megapixel point-and-shoot compact with an 8x optical zoom and a 3-inch LCD screen. The earlier 2012 IXUS / ELPH range was exclusively built around Canon's High sensitivity back-illuminated CMOS sensors, with each IXUS / ELPH model carrying the HS suffix.

Sony Cyber-shot TX10 Review
The Sony Cyber-shot TX10, announced in January 2011, is a 16.2 Megapixel compact with a 4x stabilised zoom and a 3 inch LCD wide touch-sensitive screen. Like other TX-series models the TX10 is, in Sony's words, 'sleek and stylish', with a non-extending lens protected by a slide-down panel when not in use. A well as sleekness, the other defining characteristic of the TX10 is ruggedness: it's water proof and dust proof to a depth of 5 metres, shockproof against a drop of up to 1.5 Metres and freeze proof down to -10C.
Nikon COOLPIX L810 Review
The Nikon COOLPIX L810 is a budget super-zoom camera with a 26x stabilised range, a 16.1 Megapixel CCD sensor and a fixed 3in screen with 921k pixel resolution. Announced in February 2012, it replaces the COOLPIX L120, increasing the zoom range from 21x and upping the sensor resoution from 14 Megapixels.
Nikon COOLPIX P520 Hands-On

The Nikon COOLPIX P520 is a super-zoom camera with a 42x stabilised range and an 18.1 Megapixel sensor. Launched in January 2013, it replaces the COOLPIX P510, which remains in the Nikon product line-up. The newer P520 retains the earlier model's 24-1000mm f3-5.9 zoom lens, but couples it with an updated sensor that adds two Megapixels to the resolution.

Canon EOS Rebel T3i Review
Canon EOS SL1 / 100D review

The Canon EOS Rebel SL1, or 100D as it's known outside North America, is the company's latest entry-level DSLR and the smallest and lightest model with an APS-C sensor to date. It's around 1cm smaller in every dimension than Canon's next smallest DSLR yet manages not to compromise on control, composition or connectivity.
